- You pay an annual enrollment fee.
- Once enrolled, you receive routine preventive care at no additional cost. The childcare plan includes two cleanings, two exams, any necessary x-rays, and fluoride treatments. The healthy patient (adult) plan includes all this and an oral cancer screening.
- You’ll also receive 15% off other dental treatments, and you don’t have to worry about deductibles, filing claims, yearly maximums, pre-authorizations, pre-existing conditions, or waiting for treatment.
