Dr. Amir Mojahed
Dr. Amir Mojahed, DMD completed his dental training at Semmelweis University in Hungary and Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2005. With many years of experience, he focuses on providing honest, high-quality care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Dr. Amir has a strong interest in digital dentistry and uses modern technology to make treatment more precise and efficient for his patients. He also believes in giving back and has volunteered locally and internationally to help those in need.
He is married to Dr. Sanaz “Sunny” Mojahed, and together they have two children, Daniel and Deena. Outside the office, he enjoys reading and cheering on the New England Patriots.

Dr. Sanaz “Sunny” Mojahed earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2008. Following graduation, she completed a General Practice Residency at Monmouth Medical Center, where she further advanced her clinical skills and comprehensive approach to patient care.
Dr. Sunny is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate dentistry and helping her patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family.

I was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley and graduated in 2013 from Emmaus High School. After attending Lincoln Technical School, I began my career in Phlebotomy. I took a few years off to be a stay at home mom to my two beautiful kids, Adalyn and Malakai but after a few years it was time to get back into the healthcare business. I took a leap of faith and changed career paths, and began working with the awesome team at Evolve Dental Care in January 2019. It’s been a pleasure working with such a caring team who makes patients’ our top priority. I also love building relationships with our patients and helping them achieve a healthy smile. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors with my children, photography, and watching football. (Go Eagles!)

I received my dental hygiene license from Pennsylvania College of Technology. I was raised in the Lehigh Valley and love to be outside. My favorite things to do outside are walking and hiking. I am looking forward to growing with Evolve Dental Care and keeping smiles healthy.

Meet our talented dental hygienist, Rafal Albazi, who brings a unique set of skills to our practice. Rafal holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Baghdad, and an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Northampton Community College, which he earned in 2019.
In his free time, Rafal enjoys staying active by swimming and hiking, and he has a passion for reading and tackling handy projects. He is also a devoted father of three. When it comes to food, Rafal's favorite dish is the traditional Iraqi meal called Dolma.
Rafal's extensive background in engineering and dental hygiene allows him to bring a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to his work. His patients appreciate his gentle and thorough approach to dental hygiene, and he takes great pride in helping them achieve healthy and beautiful smiles.

After 6 years of working in hospitality I decided to pursue my passion in healthcare. I saw an opportunity to work at Evolve Dental Care and I took it. I am hoping to learn, grow and to finally pursue a life long career in healthcare.

She began her formal training at Lehigh Career & Technical Institute (LCTI), where she studied Dental Assistant and earned her radiology certification. Hi! I'm Jessi, and I'm so happy to be part of the Evolve Dental Care family. I’ve been working here as a dental receptionist for the past 7 months, and it’s truly been such a rewarding experience. I love greeting patients with a smile, helping them feel comfortable, and learning something new every day. The team here is amazing, and it means a lot to be in such a positive, supportive environment.
I graduated from Liberty High School in 2023 and have always had a passion for helping others. Being able to combine that with learning about dental care makes this job a perfect fit for me. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me spending time with my partner and family—quality time with loved ones means everything to me. I also love baking, doing my makeup, and getting outdoors to enjoy nature whenever I can. I’m so excited to continue growing here at Evolve and can’t wait to welcome you to our office!
